Gráinne is the Operations Director at Juvo Ventures. She joins from Pearson, where she most recently served as a Project Manager in the Transformation Office. As Project Manager, she was responsible for the successful delivery of transformative projects across a range of business functions with a specific focus on HR and Procurement. She implemented end-to-end onboarding processes, managed organizational design and restructuring activities across four major markets, led operational work streams during transition and exit periods, and successfully implemented a spend management tool to 17,000 employees. She originally joined Pearson as an Executive Assistant and moved on to serve as Chief of Staff to the Global Operations Officer.

Prior to Pearson, Gráinne spent time overseas and was an English Teacher in Thailand. It was the most humbling of her experiences – helping students learn English through a comprehensive immersion to the culture.

Gráinne holds a bachelor’s degree in Legal Studies from Quinnipiac University. She’s originally from New York and has lived and worked on four continents. She now resides in Salt Lake City and is enjoying a very adventurous lifestyle.
