This acquisition brings together Orijin’s in-facility education, vocational training, and career readiness platform with Honest Jobs’ national employer marketplace and reentry infrastructure. The result is a comprehensive pathway that connects learning inside correctional facilities to verified employment opportunities upon release, creating continuity from preparation to sustainable work.

For too long, correctional education and post-release employment have operated separately. Jurisdictions invest heavily in training and credentials, yet individuals often face fragmented and uncertain paths to employment once they return home. By integrating Honest Jobs’ network of more than 1,500 employers and 300,000 fair-chance job openings, along with over 200,000 reentry resources, Orijin is aligning education programs with real labor market demand and measurable workforce outcomes.

We’re proud to support Orijin as it scales nationally and advances its mission to prepare every justice-impacted individual for sustainable employment. Congratulations to Harris Ferrell, Arti Finn, Harley Blakeman, and the entire Orijin and Honest Jobs teams on this important milestone.
